Each healing session starts with an Illumination 

• Balancing of the newels (chakras) with stones, sound, and energy work. Working with our ancestors and allies we remove blockages and dense energies to restore balance and open to healing (physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually).

 A session may also include:
